GET REFERRALS HERE!

All Get Paid to Surf "GPTS" programs are not the same.  Some may pay better than others, but may be too buggy to use, or too annoying.  Some require just a little of your monitor space, some require you to give up very little personal information, a few let you choose your favorite charity or theirs, and referral rates vary.
GPTS: Honest Info has taken each factor into consideration, and  rated each of the programs below.

You may scroll through the listing, which is sorted by the best to the worst rated programs, or click on an alphabetical listing, below, to take you directly to that program.

 Alladvantage BePaid
ClickDough  GoToWorld  Ignifuge PayBar  WinDough

Paybar.com   Paybar     Rating: 64%  $$$$$$

Paybar™ takes up little space on your screen, respects your   privacy by only requiring the minimum  information  needed to cut your checks, has almost no bugs (this program will keep chugging along when the rest are crashing and burning), outstanding customer service (all email's are answered in person by the founder, William) and an interesting story (see an article comparing them to Alltrade).  Paybar has also contracted with Paypal so that you can immediately receive your money through email.  In fact, the only downsides to Paybar are that it requires a small download, and the maximum they'll pay per month is currently $9.00, unless you've referred others.  But the referral levels only go two deep.
Payout:  .60/1000 ads (about .10/hr)   Max:  15,000 ads/month: $9.00
Referrals:  .15/1000, .05/1000

   GoToWorld         Rating: 61%   $$$$$$

GoToWorld's banner docks nicely with AOL, Earthlink, and Internet Explorer.  Plus, it opens automatically (no logging in or remembering to start it manually).  However, it takes up the entire width of the monitor.  Their payout is very competitive, at .40/hr, and their referral payouts are interesting:  you get paid more for indirect referrals, although these only go three deep.   There is a 150kb download, which is very small, but the install program seems buggy.  Numerous attempts were made to install the program on all of the platforms listed above, before it finally installed successfully.  If it weren't for this problem, this company would have rated much better, because once it is up and running its quite good.
Payout:  .40/hr    Max:  40 hours/month
Referrals:  .10/hr, .15/hr, .20/hr  Limited to User Maximum Hours

aAlladvantage.com was one of the first programs offering this kind of opportunity. Now, with over 4 million members they're also the largest get paid for surfing program. This really speaks for them and it shows how profitable these programs have gotten.
You get $ 0.50 per hour from Alladvantage.com, with the max  you can earn being 25 hrs/month and you have to get at least $ 20 before they send you your check. If you only earn money for yourself, it can take a while, but fortunately there are referrals. So you will get money for their surfing even if you are not online. And your friends can refer their friends and so on,  up to 5 levels. If you have maybe about 20 direct referrals it should be no problem for you to get the $ 20 in a month.
Payout:  .50/hr    Max:  25 hours/month

ClickDough          Rating: 51%  $$$$$

ClickDough's referral level is very good, going down eight levels.  Their payout, at 50% of the ad revenue they generate (which they estimate to be about .18 per hour) is not bad either, especially since there is no maximum.   However, if you don't keep a pretty close eye on the banner it'll ask if you want to continue using it, and if you miss that announcement you'll be logged out.   Sometimes after being logged out its nearly impossible to log back in.  Plus, every time a new ad pops up, the program grabs control of your computer, and prevents you from typing or going to another web page.
Payout:  50% of ad revenue (about .18/hr)     Max:  No maximum
Referrals:  20%, 10%, 5%, 5%, 5%, 5%, 5%, 5% Limited to User Maximum Hours
Banner size:  500x110   Always on top? No   Download:  None

Charity:  Any non-profit can ask members to donate about $25 per year to them

  Ignifuge Rating: Not yet available

This program is totally different but not less interesting. It is unique of its kind and I love it. The system is that simple: Every time you visit the Homepage of Ignifuge.com you get paid. You can only do ten visits per day, 300 a month. For every ten visits you get $ 0.50. They propose to set Ignifuge.com as your browser start page and I think that is is a really good idea. Then it is so easy to make money. You just must sign up for this program and make sure all your friends do so, too. The referral rate is really good. Have a look at the page's calculator to see how much money you can make.

WinDough   rating:  38%   $$$$

WinDough takes up a fairly large amount of screen space (over 500 x 150 pixels), as well as being extremely buggy, and offering only to give prizes based on "EGP's" - or Electronic Game Pieces, which they claim will appear in their banner every so often, and which the user has somewhere around 30 seconds to click on to claim.  Their site does display the  Trust-e banner, which is a plus.
